1. The Service

CatchAI is a B2B behavioral engagement and insights system. It may include conversational flows, surveys, check ins, reminders, reporting, and related tools. Some features may be in development, limited release, or beta.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Business use and customer data

If you use CatchAI for your business contacts, customers, or community members, you confirm you have the legal right to collect and share that information and to message those people through the channels you select. You are responsible for compliance with applicable marketing, privacy, and platform rules.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, misleading, or abusive activity

• Send spam or violate platform policies of third party channels

• Attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt systems or data you do not own

• Copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law or agreed in writing

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms.

5. Third party platforms

The Service may integrate with third party platforms and tools. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third party outages, limitations, or policy decisions.

6. Fees and payments

If you purchase paid services, you agree to pay the fees shown at the time of purchase, plus any applicable taxes. Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees are non refundable.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service, including software, branding, and content, except for content you provide. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content only to provide and improve the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific outcomes. Any summaries, insights, or outputs should be reviewed before you rely on them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 USD if you paid nothing.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of laws or third party platform policies.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if required by law or if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts in Tel Aviv District will have jurisdiction, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
